Today I’ll be taking Bon Appétit’s rules and changing them to suit a small-scale home kitchen. It’s so exciting to see corporate companies making big changes, and I hope it serves as an inspiration to the other big wigs and to us at home. The best part about it all is that we’re all probably well on our way to implementing all of these practices.

I made the leap of faith with my partner (and best friend) to move to the other side of the globe from Los Angeles to Sydney. It's been almost 6 months in our new home and I'm one happy lady.
